Today is the second day I got my mbp
But it is already 4 cycles
Am i using it too much?
Should I depend more on the adapter?

I really confuse..
How many cycles I should be using in a week?

Thanks..

You should not really worry about your cycles. I have 290 cycles and it's been about 2 years already. Just use your macbook pro and be happy don't worry so much about it.

Edit: Read also what sims posted lol.

Read the Apple Battery FAQ that simsaladimbamba posted. It will tell you what a cycle is and answer all your battery questions. There is no recommended number of cycles. It completely depends on your needs. Use it on battery as much as you need to, and plug it in when you can. Just make sure you don't leave it plugged in all the time. Other than that, read the FAQ, then relax and enjoy your MBP.
