As the title says I have a MacBook Pro hooked upto a 37" (720p/1080i) TV. I'm not sure why, but I find the picture is MUCH better when I hook up the DVI to VGA adapter and go straight into the TV VGA's connection. As opposed to using a straight DVI to HDMI cable.
This I do not really understand as the DVI/HDMI should be a straight digital signal, however the VGA is an analogue signal. The picture using a VGA cable is as good as when I look at my laptop monitor, however with the DVI/HDMI the pictures just nowhere near as smooth.
Unfortunately, I can't take pictures right now, however I will add as soon as possible, is anyone else the same kind of problems?
