Macbook Pro wifi issue

hello,

can u guys help me?

I'm using a 2011 early '13 macbook pro. the problem is that in normal mode the mac just loose wifi connection after 5min, and than it doesn't show any hosts to join. otherwise i see at least 10 networks at home, but when it crashes i cant se any of them. when i restart the computer i can use the wifi again for about 5 min.

i just reinstalled mavericks but it didn't solve the problem.
