My MBP just died on me with those faulty nvidia graphic cards, now i dont have any video on my screen at all, im still covered by warranty and ill go and send it back to apple.
I would like to know if anyone has sent one back and what did they do? Did they just changed the logic board or if they gave you a new MBP.

thanx in advance...:apple:

how long did it last before crapping out? any symptoms before it completely went?

they will replace the logic board which has 8600m gt soldered on it.

Its a mid 2007 machine and the only problems that i noticed before it died it was overheating, which has left some burn marks on my unibody next to the Macbook Pro logo and Low FPS on most graphic use, then it died...

thx for the quick reply 😀

Did they tell you how long it was going to take before you get back you mbp? The closest apple store is about 50 minutes away lol
