    Things I tried :
    -Reset de SMC
    -2 different AC Adapter
    -Relacing de magsafe connecter.

Test and get info for your battery.

It will give you statistics about the current state of your battery. You can also use iStat Pro (free) or iStat Menus ($16) to get accurate readings of battery health and cycles, among many other things.

What you should be looking for are the number of cycles and the current health (maximum capacity), which is expressed as a percentage.

The link below should answer most, if not all, of your battery/charging questions. If you haven't already done so, I highly recommend you take the time to read it.
