Macbook pro won't go to sleep properly!

My SR MBP will no longer go straight to sleep when I close the lid. It will turn everything off, but then turn right back on any where from 2 to 4 times. Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix this?

Do you have any apps running? Do you have any third party hardware connected? 🙂
