My mbp wont sleep unless its folded. I've sent the energy preferences to sleep when folded and also when idle for sometime. I've realized the indicator light (white light to the right below keyboard) will light up slowly and go out every 5 seconds or so. Im assuming its sleep when it does that, but if I leave it for like an hour the light is just dimmed and NOT sleep. Anybody else having the same problem and/or what should I do about it?

thanks unlike the other poster. I guess the hard drive was running in the background or something because one night i left it and woke up the next morning wondering why it wouldnt wake up. Then I plugged it in to find out it was on 0% battery life
