Im trying to install macos but after booting they blure the screen, what can be problem?

Most probably you have a faulty screen.

Try an external monitor. See if you get the same thing.

Is it a 15'' 2011 MacBook Pro? Does it shut down after the lines are displayed? As another member suggested, Try an external monitor, do you get the same results?
