It keeps crashing basically. And programs constantly crash. I've tried replacing the hard drive, reinstalling mac os, installing snow leopard. nothing works.

    What MacBook?

Do you still have Apple Care? It might be a faulty Logic board r some other kind of hardware that keeps fracking up the system.

So if you still have some kind of warranty, it would be best to bring it in, if the crashs continue.

Do you had any of those yet?

What kind of software keeps crashing, and what does Activity Monitor say (Show All Processes)?

If you got loads and loads of Kernel Panics, then it is an indicator, that something might be wrong with your hardware.

Apple Care will take care of this.

You could bring it in and see what it would cost to repair it.

Or wait, maybe some one with a better understanding of this problem comes by, but your title should have been more descriptive to attract more posters.

Have you tried to replace the memory? It could very well be bad RAM. Did you also try running the Apple Hardware Test? Looks like Kernel_Task is trying to do it's thing but can't because of memory? It would also explain why your other programs keep crashing too.
