I'm using a 2013 Retina Macbook which I still find perfect. The issue is I moved from El Capitan to high Sierra and the battery seems to be reduced by 30%

Anyone having the same issue? I do not have a particular process draining the battery

I did a clean install of 10.13.3 on my late 2013 15" rMBP about a week ago, and am not experiencing any battery problems at all.

Whenever I see a post like this, I think:
- You were happy where you were before, right (after all, you said, "perfect")
- You aren't happy now, so...
- ...Why not "get back, get back, get back to where you once belonged?"
- In other words, go back to El Cap for now?

I went from Sierra, but had El Capitan installed prior to that. The only clean install was the move to High Sierra (10.13.2), which I tested on another SSD before cloning it over after 10.13.3. I still have clones of Sierra and El Capitan if I need to get back.

I might go back to El Capitan but security updates are going to end this fall

I was noticing this on my 2015 model on an upgrade and clean install. I’ve moved back to Sierra since for a couple of reasons aside from this issue too.
