Sorry if the "Understanding Mac Intel RAM" page or some google searching would find me the answer, but with limited internet time I thought I'd ask here and check later.

Would the stock RAM taken out of an older unibody Macbook (guessing late 2007/2008, 1066mhz) be compatible if putting it in a Intel Core Duo Macbook that uses DDR2 667mhz? I understand if it won't read as 1066mhz but at least I'll be able to use 2GB instead of the 1GB that's there now!

Thanks.
