    Hi,

I currently own a White 2.1 GHz MacBook, and I've been noticing that PhotoShop and Aperture are lagging quite a bit on 1GB of RAM. I was wondering, how much should I upgrade to get them to run at decent speeds? Would 2GB cut it, or am I better off just going all the way to 4GB? Are there any good deals going on (preferably in a local store for purchase rather than online) currently?

    Thanks,

1Gb to 4Gb will certainly improve it, but i think the lack of a dedicated graphics card in the macbook is what is holding them back to be honest

HURRY!! Only 1 more day to get the rebate!

I picked up my 4GB kit a couple days ago and sent in the rebate right away. At 18.99 that is a steal for a 4GB kit of Crucial memory.
