Well, previous thread was about the thunderbolt port which wasn't working. I talked with the customer service about this issue but they assumed that either adapter or Macbook pro have a problem. So I booked the appointment at the genius bar(??? WTH is this) on this Friday. I'm expecting my macbook pro to be inspected and then repair since I recently found some errors and malfunctions. This is my first time having repair my macbook pro so before I visit the store, I need to know few things.

1. I already did backup but what should I do with apps and file from SSD in Macbook pro?
2. Are there any other cautions for backing up my files?
3. How am I going to back up my applications such as Photoshop?
4. How long will it take usually?
5. Anything else?
