Seems you're just going to need to test it out for yourself. I don't know that people are going to have much of an opinion there.

Considering the two options presented, I think most everyone would make their choice for myriad other reasons, and the gpu won't be part of their decision.

I need a notebook for Travel but i haven' t big budget (max1200€).
I haven' doubt between xps13",surface pro 4 i5 8gb and MacBook retina 2015-2016 ( i want avoid MacBook pro 13" because prices is again High and Apple will change it next month).
I will use for:
1) download photo and little fast fix with lightroom
2) random play with StarCraft 2

First question, do you need macOS or not? If you don't then go for the Surface Pro as it has a more colour accurate display than the XPS 13. If you do need macOS then go for a MacBook. It has a great screen. It's performance isn't fantastic, but it will be light and sufficient for Lightroom. Personally I went for a 13" rMBP around a month ago because need a machine now, not when Apple release an update and it's a great machine, and not much more expensive than the MacBook.

By the way, if you are just wanting to save some time with photo edits while on the move, have a look at PhotoMechanic. It has no editing features, but what it allows you to do is view the photos without building any previews - i.e. it's quick. I use it to cull the photos I don't want and then import the remaining photos in to Lightroom. Helpful if you shoot a ton of photos in each session.

While I use Mac laptops, I can confidently say that other than the retina screen, a Windows counterpart laptop can be a better buy. What I find most interesting is that often "gamer" laptops are not that far apart from a good graphics/photo laptop as both require decent cpu, decent graphics card and RAM. If you are only using Lightroom and similar, the Windows option is a better bang for the buck.

you can buy it to any local shop or you can also get any book at low rate by searching some classified sites
