MacBook Retina purple Logo

Hey guys,

today i got my new mbpr, and i was wondering about the purple Apple Logo on the back. Ive read a lot in this forum about IR issues and something, and checked my display... i got a samsung (so everything should be fine i guess) but the purpleish logo on the back is confusing me. should i return it, or does anyone else have that?

As in... the apple LED logo on the back of the screen is purple color and not the usual bluish white?

Light for Apple logo looks a bit purple but that would be the last thing I would worry about on your rMBP. Trust me, I ended up returning three units and eventually bought a MBA for now.

Mine is a bit bluey white, but not purple.

Logo on my RMBP is purpleish as well. No worries, if it works fine and screen is ok then eveything is ok.

So how do you use your rMBP? Stare at the back of the screen? As long as it lights up then its all good.
