I highly doubt they are in stores yet. My Apple Store got the 17" MBP on display just recently!

They have been reported as in stores. 🙂 AppleInsider even has a photo of the first MacBook buyer for that one store.

My Apple Store is just "laggy" with receiving shipments I guess. Or perhaps it's that I'm all the way on the westcoast. We probably get our shipments last =/
