MacBook screen goes white noisy after startup

My wife’s MacBook has started going to a white noisy type screen after startup. She has a Genius Bar appointment later today. Anyone see this before?
I’ll post the photo momentarily

Was it ever dropped off exposed to liquid? Doors the image change if you move the screen back and forth? If not, it could be a bad video Cable between the logic board and screen.

Nope, never exposed to liquid
No effect in moving the screen

Sounds like an internal problem then.

Hopefully, Apple will be able to fix it for free 🙂
