Macbook, sell now or wait?

So i´m a bit short of money now, and I really want to buy a snowboard.

I have a macbook 2,16Ghz.

Can I with advantage sell my macbook now, and then buy a nice upgraded one till the summer?

Will it have a lot of upgrades, or just small?
