So i own a white 13" macbook and i bought the top and bottom shell in black from macrecycling.com and i want the final design to look someting pretty similar to this:

My question is how much would the labor cost to do this since i already have the parts and since i doubt i could do it myself with out breaking something..
I ask this question so i can avoid being ripped off
I also know this will void my warranty but it is already expired

thanks

Honestly I don't have the slightest idea what it would cost, but it may not be as difficult as you think. I took apart my macbook for the first time about a week ago with no guide and had it almost completely disassembled before I put it back together, with no guide. I'm would think using a guide like from ifixit you would be in pretty good shape to do it yourself. Good luck!

It depends on how tech savvy you are. If you're not afraid to get in there and break something, then have at it. Unfortunately, the bottom cover is about the last thing to come off a MB, so you're looking at total disassembly, which means a lot of money for labor.
