I own a late 2006 macbook.
More often than not when attempting to view streaming video the macbook freezes with a screen saying that I must shut it down by holding the power button down, etc. etc.
The problem is less likely to happen when I minimize the number of programs running at the same time but is still a problem.
Any ideas guys?
Thanks in advance!

Maybe post some of the Kernel Panic reports located in Applications / Utilities / Console > Show Log List > DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION > User Diagnostic reports in your next post for analysis.
