every time i try to turn on my macbook, it sits on the loading screen with the apple and spinning wheel for hours. nothing happens, it just continues to load. i've tried a few different things, but nothing seems to be working. i had it taken somewhere but they had no luck either. it seems to be a common thing when i googled it, but nothing seems to be working for me. it'd be great if someone could help me. i'd really like to have my computer back.
all i can tell you besides that its a 13" macbook, is thats its a late 2009 and that it worked fine until i had a system update done and since the update, it doesn't work.
