interesting. not too surprising, Toshiba is a huge NAND supplier for iOS devices, in fact my 6+ and rMini both are by them.

Whoever makes it, the screen is Extremely accurate for a factory calibrated monitor which is great. I was worried it wouldn't be. Now if only the 1.3GHz model wasn't 1.5 months back-ordered. :mad:

Damn almost 2 months :eek:! By than we will start seeing leaking parts for V2 lol. ;)
 
Maybe this is why some are saying it get's hot? Good old Apple workers and there mountains of thermal paste!

If its getting hot then that means heat is dissipating as designed. Its when its not getting hot that there's a problem, so I don't think the thermal paste is a problem even if it looks a bit sloppily done.
