Macbook temperature when playing WoW?

    I'm getting temps near the 90C.... eventually the fan hits at 6500 RPM and it hangs out at 77C. This is on low settings. Is this normal? What kind of temps have you been getting?

    Normal, as the umpteen other threads on heat while gaming/flash/video can attest to.

    You'll be hard pressed to find any other laptops this thin running lower than 77C during gaming. ;)

    We must be really running on very similar settings, 77 degree stable on macbook air core i5 13 inch base.:D
    Here are some of the settings that we defer if you are completely on low default, don't seem to have an adverse effect on system temperature but does improve raiding ease by quite a bit.

    View Distance = fair
    Projected Texture = enabled
    Particle Density = fair
