MacBook USB/caps-lock

When a put a USB device in either one of the ports of my late 2009 MacBook, the caps-lock will turn on. I was wondering if this is an isolated case with only my computer, or if others were having this same issue.

Same story from more people.

I would say this is something to do with the USB-Power/casing/main board ?
