Hey everyone,

This is a little off topic, but I am in the market for a new laptop and am torn on which to choose. OSX vs Windows aside, which is the better buy? I do not edit video or need anything too power hungry as this will be a secondary device. I have read a number of reviews for the new macbook and am leaning towards it. The only problem is that I tried one in the apple store and it did stutter quiet a bit when on webpages such as yahoo. Is this a persistent issue for those of you who have one?

Thanks.

Definitely go with the MacBook. The stuttering, frames drops, ect are pretty much non existent with the El Capitan public beta 2. It will only get better when it releases in the fall. It's extremely quick and smooth now! I love it.

I concur with this.
