    Hi

    i have MacBook with OS X 10.5.2

and since i bought it there is whine and heat
not all times but from time to time (like in one day its whine&heat around 16 hours )

another issue i guess my battery consume time less than what it expected
like in 2 hours my battery being 10% or 12%

    any suggestions ?

What do you do with your Mac Book?

Hunt down high end games to torture it with?

    it is fantastic
you maybe face resistance of the change first time
because as MS user its will be good movement to see another OS/technology

after one week(or some time ) you will be comfortable with it
    :D
