First the issues...
Our MacBook has a non "clicky" trackpad button. I managed to regain some of the click feel by pushing up on the little round grey circle behind the battery but I imagine that this is only a temporary fix. I have read about some users putting a folded piece of paper between the grey dot and the battery and have also read of others brining their MacBooks in and having them repaired under warranty (which ours still is).

Questions...
1. Has anyone here had this issue and if so how did you resolve it?

2. I have an Apple certified repair shop right near by.. will they give me the same repair service, meaning that I won't have to put any cash out if the repair is covered by apple care?

Thanks!
