My 1.5 year-old MacBook will not go past the blank, blue start up screen. I've removed the battery, reset the PRAM and everything else I could think of, yet it still will not start. Please help!

Boot it from your system disc by holding down c while Re-Booting.
Run disc utilities if it starts up. Good Luck.
