Macbook with USB mouse?

I am looking to buy a wireless mouse for my macbook and most usb ones uses a usb dongle. Just wondering are there any bluetooth one that doesn't use a dongle and sync with macbook? And will most bluetooth mouse work with macbook?

I dont know if this answers your question but I use the apple bluetooth mouse with my mini. Wouldnt that work with the macbook too?

I've heard that Logitech V470 is pretty cool bluetooth mouse for MacBook.
