Macbook won't eject CD

Hey guys,
I was having an issue with my CD's, when inserted, it wouldn't accept them, my CD drive would mostly just spit it back out. After inserting a few times, it finally took it, but it won't run while inside my mac and it won't eject. It's stuck.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Restart while holding down the mouse button.

I did this and nothing happens. My mac isn't even trying to read the disk, either, it's just in there.
