MacBook Yellowing from 8/26/07 forward..

but there is nothing the new buyers can do ... it's just the matter of chance. and my "F word" chance was yellowish Samsung

Yep, I played the game of luck that buying a mbp has become. Unfortunately I got burned... samsung glossy with yellow 🙁.

Already waiting on sales representative to call me back after I elevated my case up there shortly after receiving the laptop this morning. So the waiting begins again...

absolutely not in my mind, 1/3 of the screen is urine yellow, and it's not just on a white background.

It's going back. What a waste of time.

sorry to hear you got a dud. do you think we could see some pictures? I have yet to see what a really bad screen looks like - a picture would help guage the severity of the problem.

You might want to keep it, they might send you a new one with the old power adapter, and we all know how much of a problem that is going to be.🙄

Still waiting for mine 🙁 Having a feeling my shipment won't come till Tuesday due to holiday as it hasn't shipped yet.

wow, looks like everyone that gets a samsung is still getting a yellow screen, lg seems to be fine. really hope i get a good one when mine shows up
