MacBookPro won't recover from sleep

Hi,
I have a MacbookPro 15Retina late 2013 with two video cards.
When the system sleeps for a while, the computer simply turn off and doesn't recover as usual.
It also happens when closing the physical screen.
Have upgraded the OS, have tried to manage the Energy setup unsuccessfully.
As a last effort I reformatted and installed OS from scratch with no success.
I am afraid there's a hardware problem, but before sending to Apple I would like to know if anyone have experienced something similar.

No problem. They are not conclusive, but it's a start. I'd make a Genius Bar appointment unless someone out there has more knowledge..?

Which version of the operating system?

In Terminal, a command such as this may help to diagnose the problem:

pmset -g log

Do SMC and NVRAM resets if you haven't.

Yes, have reseted SMC and PRAM. Still same behavior.
