As the title states, I have MacDrive 7 (currently using a trial) installed on my PC. However it would not recognize my external Western Digital 400GB HDD formatted in HFS+ Journaled. The weired thing is that it shows up under Disk Management as a logical volume but neither MacDrive nor Explorer shows it as an accessible drive.

I was under the impression that MacDrive was able to read external Mac volumes, am I mistaken?

Although this is an thread, I thought this might help someone. If MacDrive 7 isn't recognizing your HFSJ or HFS+ volume and you have Daemon Tools installed, either uninstall it, or get the latest version. There is a software conflict between Daemon Tools and MacDrive.
