Macintosh IIfx: Startup Bong-GREEN SCREEM

Hi, I have a Mac IIfx that worked a few weeks back. Now when I turn it on, the bongs, and then displays a forest green...and thats it. That's all it'll do. I've re-seated the RAM, moved the graphics card around, tested the CMOS batteries...still no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the response. I thought of that too. Its (i think what they call a NuBus card). I hope its not the mobo.
