Please can you PM terms you agreed? I want the full 89.99 back. Did you get that? Did you have to pay return shipping?

No option for delivery conformation, but I believe its automatically insured and the post office keeps the slip where you write both addresses and date. So, they can refer to hat if it gets lost etc. Cost me $22.

I had to escalate the paypal claim because they wouldn't acknowledge that they received the case back, when I mailed it early May. Got conformation that paypal ruled in my favor and will be refunding me the full amount. I did lose the return shipping fee.

This company is really the worst. They play to the worst stereotype of sleazy business owner from a third world country.

They also refused to accept return of my case. I escalated it to Paypal as a claim on May 6th and it still hasn't been resolved. I'm waiting for the ruling.

If you can PM me any tips - e.g. What was the argument you used to persuade paypal of your claim, etc. - that would be useful.
