I had a great experience with them. Sent in my 2013 Retina MacBook Pro and my funds were transferred promptly.
Used Gazelle multiple times and have always had a good experience but they are offering significantly less
Sold mac of all trades a 15" mbp in 2010 for a better price than competitors. And recently just sold them a 13" last week with no issues.
They paid for shipping. I chose to receive my check in the mail. It's slower to arrive, but the other payment options had fees associated with it. Whole process takes about 2 weeks.
