MacOS 10.13.2 breaks some USB flash drive reads

After installing MacOS 10.13.2 today, I found that it would not read some of my USB flash drives.
I took these same drives to another Mac that still had MOS 10.13.1 on it and all three read fine.
MacOS 10.13.2 is not ready for prime time yet.
 
Cancel this.
It seems, this problem has gone away by a simple reboot.
Sorry for the bother.
