Network cuts out (EThernet or wifi, or hotspot, every few minutes and seems to just disappear frequently. Basically impossible to use. Trying to figure out how to get back to the prior beta or release without loosing data.
Just be a little patient, it’ll likely get fixed in coming beta on Wednesday if they’d like to be decent

Does Lulu also have to be disabled in Network settings like LS, or is it working any better with this bug?

turning off content filter items following the steps mentioned in above self-explanatory threads would resume the connection
Thanks. On my M1 Silicon MBP, I turned off Little Snitch so far as I can tell. On my Intel MBP, which did not have Little Snitch, I booted into Safe Mode. Wouldn't booting into Safe Mode turn off that stuff? Neither Mac is working properly. Any reason to wonder about filtering happening through my ATT Fiber modem or my Eero MESH router? Both have security features.

Turn any filters in System Settings->network settings->Filters OFF, and that should work for the time being. Turning LS monitoring off alone isn't enough.

That seems to have done the trick on my Silicon MBP. There was one LS Filter and several Cisco AnyConnect instances, which I all turned off.

They say ios 16.5 release next week, so that usually means an OS ver at the same time. So guessing any interim fixes will be this week.

Is there an easy way to restore a Mac Studio to prior to this beta or out of beta via migration or time machine without using a bootable install image?

definitely, was not supposed to happen at that stage close to a final release. thought macOS had been stabler than Win in past years, seems no more

The RC of 13.4. fixes the Little Snitch problem - the filter can be activated again. In my case, I had a little trouble reactivating the filter in the Network pane: it did not activate and LS did not start at first. I finally opened the LS prefs from the menu bar and LS gave the info, it is damaged and should be repaired. Doing so, all went to normal as before.
