The linked content will have the date that you click on the link, so if you clicked the link on 20 August, your download will be dated 20 August. To see when the link was updated, you can look at GitHub actions (which shows that the link was updated on 13 August in response to Jazzzny's "Bump For CI" commit).

Look at the Artifacts for each action and you'll see that one of them shows the updated installer package.

EDIT: The link not working after 13 August had nothing to do with Jazzzny's commit. GitHub had a major outage that took time to recover.

Anyone with a mid 2015MBP-11,5 with AMD Radeon R9 M370X graphics have Sequoia 15.7.9 or any version of Sequoia on it and still be able to connect HDMI external monitor or on the TB ports and watch Apple purchased movies on it ok? Last time I tried it on this MBP was I think 15.1 or 2 or so. Never worked. Could watch fine on built in screen and no external monitor connected. As soon as the external gets connected, within like 10 seconds the movie screen goes black with audio still going. Only reason I haven't left Monterey on this. Sonoma does same thing. I think it was an HDCP thing with the AMD card.
Well, no one answered..so I went ahead and did it. Same issue. Can't watch HDCP content with external monitor attached... pita...Will probably go back to Monterey..
