Yes, but this is the whole point of beta releases. It's very likely that by the next beta and certainly by release, this problem will be resolved.
I wouldn't assume that, and personally I could see apple either making this move overly to force people to use macos, or not caring enough to fix it. The proof will be in the pudding when they release the new beta, but its not something I'd be holding my breath on
