please share your experiences with macOS high Sierra I made a clean install of high Sierra on Mac mini with SSD not from apple and before with Sierra boot in 18 seconds now boot in 35 seconds also notice that High Sierra has a new format special for SSD ,APFS, now I don't know what to do about my other iMac 2013 and Macbook pro 2013 both have SSD not from apple any suggestions please comment..

Question I forgot to check my SSD format in Mac mini after update to High Sierra is still was in old Mac format or APFS because I back to Sierra after notice the slow speed
thank you...

I upgraded my mid-2010 Macbook pro 15" with a SSD from Crucial, already during El Capitan times. Now with High Sierra and converted to APFS, it works just as fast as before, no issues.

SSD works OK with my 2008 MacBook and my 2009 MacBook Pro. Both are aftermarket, but I have TRIM active on both. More than half of the drive is empty on both machines though.

Did you run High Sierra on the two systems, how did you do it?
