macOS iCloud Keychain not in sync

Evening all,

Has anyone noticed their iCloud Keychain getting buggy lately?

Changes update immediately across iOS devices, but my Macs are only getting a handful of passwords synched.

I've tried signing out and in to iCloud etc.

Seems to have fixed itself overnight. But still very slow (hours) to sync any new updates.
