Did you have to login to a US app store account?I live in the EU. iOS doesn't offer AI but on my MacBook Air M3 I was able to enable AI after setting to US English and changing my region to US. I assume this loop hole will be removed in the future. I'll enjoy it while I can.
Nope. Still using my Italian App Store account. Only working on my MacBook Air, no go on my iPhone 15 ProMax.Did you have to login to a US app store account?
Returns a „Finder hasn’t added support for that with Siri”…could someone with it working do me a massive favour and try asking Siri to “show me documents from January 2021” (or similar) and see whether it works. And then “show me the file I just saved”
Those are the features I’m most anticipating. The former used to work with Siri, the latter I’m hoping might be coming.
Can Siri, for instance, create a new folder on the desktop?
Thanks so much. What a disappointment. That's the same as it's been for years.Returns a „Finder hasn’t added support for that with Siri”…
No. 15.1 is currently identical to 15b4, only with the AI things unlocked.Does it worth to upgrade to this beta when we don't want Apple Intelligence features?
This worked for me thanks!Just a little tidbit I found out. If you get waitlisted on macOS, restart your Mac. You should then see it change to preparing and within 10 minutes it will be available. Seems to be a waitlist bug and is only fixed via restart.
I came here specifically to ask about Parallels on beta 15.1. So you can't get it to work? That was my worry as I have use parallels on a daily bases, so I can't lose support for that. I may be waiting awhile before even upgrading to the full release until Parallels gets support.Well still stuck at preparing on parallels and I did 2 new installs one on the macbool ssd and another one on a ext ssd
Sounds like this wont work
I am not installing this on the main system oh well
