My battery health was at 91% after a year on the 13 MBA before I traded it in for a 15 MBA. I thought that was a bit odd.

This is great to hear and I hope it makes a noticeable difference. I upgraded from my M1 to M2 and noticed the M2 not holding the same charge (or delivering the same hours of use) compared to my M1. I guess it may not just be me.

That does seem odd. I’ve had mine for more than a year now and the battery health is still at 98%. Maybe I just coddle the battery more.

Apple, just buy Al Dente and embed it into MacOS.
If you have an iPhone 15, there is now an option to limit the charging to 80%. No user options beyond this though (e.g. set the max charge level, sailing mode, override 1 time etc).

Actually, thinking about it if Apple did buy Al Dente, I can imagine most of the user control being removed...

Reading the Apple Speak between the lines, it sounds like they actually just fixed a bug that was preventing this already existing feature from working properly on this model.
