my mac & iphone stay in sync. have you tried logging out then logging back in to icloud (on either device)?
I have tried disabling and re-enabling the sync on both sides. Documents, Notes, Journal, Photos all sync perfectly though.

I am somewhat wary of logging out of iCloud altogether.

Reactions: fisherking
My current hypothesis on the flicker: I have an M4 iMac and have turned the auto brightness off, and get the flicker seemingly when certain images are displayed on the screen (brightness increases then seems to decrease again when whatever image has triggered it is off-screen). When this happens changing screen brightness manually gives a similar flicker rather than the normal smooth change. A reboot will stop the manual brightness flicker for a while, and whatever has changed as a result probably makes the image-related brightness changes unnoticeable as I don't see it for a couple of days.

still this way? is this on 26.3 beta?

If it came back, embarrassing this still isn't resolved this far into Tahoe's lifecycle. Really cringy, tarnishing bug.

Bug. If you leave the laptop open for a while, it doesn't go into sleep mode, but there is a black screen that doesn't respond to anything, not even a single key press. There is only one solution - close the lid and open it, then everything works. It only appeared on the Tahoe, not on the Sequia.

When I was on 26.3 I experienced this on my M1 Pro. Thought it was my display going out until I installed Sequoia again.

I always wonder how many people got
Their units, displays or unnecessary Genius Bar appointments booked because of this. Mind boggling it’s only started with Tahoe and never in any other macOS. Absolutely mind boggling

I would consider downgrading but I can’t be bothered to get my configuration all set up again. Eventually it will be ironed out but taking too long

Where the heck is Beta 3
Just found this 😂
