macOS Ventura 13.4 RC Fixes Bug With Content Filter Apps

Still no fix to server display taking up a huge amount of CPU when multiple external displays are connected, sigh. At this point I've just grown accustomed to the sound of my Macbook Pro's fans maxed out all the time.
