This is outrageous.
Was such a good way to begin the day to find Osx 10.6.4 ready to be installed, I thought, 'all the issues with the switching graphics stuff will be gone', and what?!? THEY ARE STILL THERE
this is really unacceptable. This is the way apple treat his customers?

You had a good start to your post but really lost it after the first sentence. You're missing the sense of entitlement and a call to action. maybe a poll or an online petition or even an email to sjobs@apple.com

this update also installed safari 5.0, which crashes every 35-40 seconds.

oohh lawd.

Used it all day every day since it came out on my very rickety old iMac that takes 10 minutes to boot and it hasn't crashed once. It's possibly the only thing that works perfectly on the beat up old thing.

I say old, it's a 2007 model iMac, just gets used hard.

I would try re-installing the OS. The patch notes do not say anything about addressing an issue with gfx switching, im not sure you can get upset at Apple for this one since they didnt even say they fixed it yet.

I don't understand what graphics switching issues are occuring??? What did I miss?

EDIT - oops, just read about it on the "Freezing" post...
