MP 6,1 MacPro 2013 Memory Upgrade

Hi everyone.

Current mac:
MacPro Late 2013
Xeon E5 2697v2
32 Gb DDR3 ECC 1866

I bought 4 Samsung DDR3 ECC 32Gb 14900L M386B4G70DM0-CMA3Q M 1449
And i have a problem with new memory. I have a black screen after Mac start.
I tried 4, 3 and 2 memory slots and only black scree i've seen.
These modules incompatible or i did something wrond ? )

Hmmm...the CPU's memory controller should support LRDIMMs.

It's my mistake.
Finally i think that before reading a lot of articles - memory incompatible with my Mac (((
LR-DIMM not for MacPro ! Memory controller in CPU doesn't understand this type (lr-dimm)
