MacPro 3.1 OS El Capitan - int. USB 2.0 trouble

hello all mac veterans,
i have problem on USB ports in my MacPro 3.1.

I update my Mac from 10.6.8 to 10.11.6.
The problem is that when connect the USB Flash Drive (extFAT) system not see the disk. Or maybe after disconnecting and reconnecting the keyboard/mouse system not see again.
Apple menu > About This Mac > More Info > System Report > USB | too not see USB device

As if the system USB ports are completely cut off: - / 10.6.8 for any problem.

MacPro 3.1 2.8 (8 core), 14 GB RAM, 8800 GT 512th - CZ language mutation
3x 3,5" HDD (500,500,320). Without PCIe cards in mainboard (USB, lan, etc.)
Boot ROM: MP31.006C.B05
SMC: 1.25f4

El Capitan has some problems with USB drives. Suggest this maybe fixed in next update.

Hi all, i download "DummyUSBEHCIPCI.kext.zip" from http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/306777-guide-usb-fix-el-capitan-1011/

Although this is the macbook, but working my rear usb (max. 1MB/s). You have an idea for a change to work even front?

Hello,
i reset SMC, NVRAM, repair bios battery, control cable and USB still not working. And bluetooth too... :-/
Same problem on 10.8.5 (i not have 10.7 or 10.9/10.10).

I must return to 10.6.8 but i have problem on software compability, therefore I update.... ááá fk Apple.

Hello my problem is SOLVED!!!
i take out non-original mini Wifi card and problem solved.
