MacPro as eGPU Chassis?

I have a first gen Mac Pro and a nMP.
Is it possible to convert it into a eGPU chassis? http://render.otoy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=43439&start=60

I would like to use it for Octane Render.

Thoughts, suggestions.

There's no way to do that with the existing hardware that's inside the Mac Pro.

To get display output with a nMP 2013 you need the enabling tool (not needed for CUDA only): http://forum.netkas.org/index.php/board,8.0.html

You'd need a complete Thunderbolt external PCIe chassis, and figure out how to mount it inside the Mac Pro chassis, after removing all of the Mac Pro's internals.
